We’ve made the return process simple! You can initiate a return or exchange directly from your Account Center or through our online Return Portal. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.
Here’s how it works:
1. Provide your order number (#) and the email address associated with your order.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
3. Choose your preferred option:
· Return for a refund (Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.)
· Exchange for a different size or color (Available for U.S. orders only.)
· Receive store credit (Perfect for future purchases!)
4. Select your return shipping method and receive a QR code for your return label.
5. Drop off your parcel at the designated shipping location.
💡 Return Shipping Cost: A flat $9.95 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label and handling. If you prefer, you’re welcome to use your own shipping provider. Just ensure it includes tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
