At Fleur Elize, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’re here to help! We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are only available for domestic orders. International orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
We’ve made the return process simple! You can initiate a return or exchange directly from your Account Center or through our online Return Portal. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.
Here’s how it works:
1. Provide your order number (#) and the email address associated with your order.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
3. Choose your preferred option:
· Return for a refund (Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.)
· Exchange for a different size or color (Available for U.S. orders only.)
· Receive store credit (Perfect for future purchases!)
4. Select your return shipping method and receive a QR code for your return label.
5. Drop off your parcel at the designated shipping location.
💡 Return Shipping Cost: Fleur Elize offers complimentary return shipping on all U.S. orders. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.

📌 Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
3. Inspection, Approval & Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will go through an inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange as requested.
- Processing Time: Returns are inspected and approved within 3–5 business days of arrival.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new item as soon as your return is processed. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
- Store Credit: If you opted for store credit, you will receive a digital gift card via email after approval.
- Bank Processing Time: Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
📌 Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
- If you’d like to exchange an item, simply select this option in the Return Portal.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
- Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.
5. Changes to Our Return Policy
We may update our return policy from time to time to better serve our customers. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
