We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

We ship to select regions and countries. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary. Once dispatched, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

9. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Items marked final sale or custom-made are not eligible for return.
